SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms apply to the Eyewellniss text messaging program operated by Eyewellniss ("Eyewellniss").

Program description

Eyewellniss offers two recurring text messaging programs. You choose each one separately with its own checkbox on our website forms. Appointment and care messages: appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling, exam recall reminders, requests for insurance and intake information, and replies to your questions. Promotional messages: special offers, eyewear promotions, and news about our services. You receive these only if you check the promotional box.

How to opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile phone number and checking one or both of the optional SMS boxes on a form at eyewellniss.com. Checking a box is never required to submit a form or to receive care. After you opt in, we send a text confirming your enrollment.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and the programs you joined.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from Eyewellniss. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT, or tell us by phone or email using the contact details below. We honor any reasonable request to stop. After you opt out, we will send one text confirming you are unsubscribed. To rejoin, reply START.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Eligibility

By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or an authorized user of the mobile number you provided.
