Raised in the optical world, Jordan’s vast experience spans from sales and lab work to a deep understanding of eye exams and insurance intricacies. With an academic foundation in Economics from the University of Florida and Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, he blends clinical expertise with data-driven strategies. His tenure as the Chief Medical Officer for a 21-unit Pearle Vision franchise testifies to his capabilities in leading diverse teams, implementing best practices, and utilizing analytics for result-driven outcomes.

Jordan’s core strengths include a meticulous attention to detail and fostering a culture of effective communication. A firm believer in the power of a motivated team, he emphasizes positive morale as the catalyst for delivering unparalleled customer service. Outside the professional realm, Jordan’s vitality finds an outlet in distance triathlons, ensuring he’s active daily, be it running, cycling, swimming, or yoga. Dr. Jinna Kim has been providing comprehensive eye exams since 2012. In addition to prescribing single vision and progressive glasses, she also has extensive experience in fitting spherical, astigmatism, multifocal, RGP contacts. She obtained her Doctor of Optometry at Salus University and Bachelors from New York University. She resides in Bergen county with her husband and son where they enjoy traveling and dining.

Dr. Jeffrey Sonnenblick, OD is dedicated to delivering exceptional eye care through a combination of clinical expertise, advanced diagnostic technology, and personalized patient care. He earned his Bachelors degree from Yeshiva University, and his Doctor of Optometry degree from the State University of New York College of Optometry, where he received extensive training in primary eye care, contact lenses, pediatric vision care, and ocular disease. His clinical experience includes rotations in private practice, hospital-based care, and Veterans Affairs, allowing him to care for patients with a wide range of visual and medical eye conditions. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, reading, and staying active.

Dr. Elaine Lin graduated from New York University with a bachelor's in chemistry. She obtained her optometry doctorate degree and master's degree in vision science at SUNY College of Optometry and graduated with honors (Beta Sigma Kappa). Her ocular disease residency was completed at the VA Hudson Valley Health Care System. She has over 10 years of experience in optometry. She enjoys hiking, travel, and spending time with her family, including her four children and golden retriever

She earned her bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at New Paltz and her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Jacob is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain lifelong eye health through thorough examinations, patient education, and individualized treatment plans. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Throughout his career, Dr. Nissinoff has successfully founded, scaled, and led multiple healthcare organizations, combining hands-on clinical expertise with strong operational and financial leadership. Prior to joining EyeWellniss, he served as CEO of and , where he focused on innovation, organizational growth, and improving patient care delivery.

Dr. Nissinoff earned his Doctor of Optometry degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the Illinois Eye Institute and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.

Dr. Donald F. Alvarez, OD, is a highly skilled and compassionate optometrist serving the Watchung, NJ, community. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Alvarez is dedicated to providing exceptional eye care to patients of all ages. With extensive expertise in primary eye care, contact lenses, and vision therapy, he creates personalized treatment plans tailored to address a wide range of vision and eye health needs.

Dr. Alvarez is an active member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians (NJSOP), reflecting his commitment to staying at the forefront of optometric advancements and patient care standards. At Eyewellness, he offers a comprehensive range of services, including detailed eye exams, vision screenings, and the management of ocular diseases, ensuring his patients receive the highest quality of care.

Ethan Vogel O.D is a Board-Certified Optometrist. He received his B.S in Biochemistry and Neuroscience with Honors from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2018. He was awarded his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania in 2023. During his Externship, he was honored with the prestigious Penn Medicine Platoon Combat to Care Medal. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians. Dr. Vogel is passionate and has vast experience with Dry Eye Disease, Anterior Segment Pathology, contact lenses including scleral lens fitting, and post-operative eye care. In addition, he specializes in amniotic membrane tissue (Dry or cryopreserved) to treat corneal diseases as well as comprehensive eye care. In his free time, Dr. Vogel loves to golf, watch sports, and spend time with the family.

Dr. Cynthia Pong brings over 30 years of experience in eye care, with a strong focus on primary care and geriatric optometry. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and Animal Behavior from Cornell University in 1987, and later received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the SUNY College of Optometry in 1994.

Dr. Pong takes great pride in her profession and is known for her meticulous attention to detail, ensuring each patient receives personalized and comprehensive eye care. She is deeply committed to helping patients maintain their vision and overall eye health through all stages of life.

Outside of her professional work, Dr. Pong enjoys spending time in nature, hiking scenic trails, and staying active by playing tennis.
