Raised in the optical world, Jordan’s vast experience spans from sales and lab work to a deep understanding of eye exams and insurance intricacies. With an academic foundation in Economics from the University of Florida and Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, he blends clinical expertise with data-driven strategies. His tenure as the Chief Medical Officer for a 21-unit Pearle Vision franchise testifies to his capabilities in leading diverse teams, implementing best practices, and utilizing analytics for result-driven outcomes.

A firm believer in the power of a motivated team, he emphasizes positive morale as the catalyst for delivering unparalleled customer service. Outside the professional realm, Jordan’s vitality finds an outlet in distance triathlons, ensuring he’s active daily, be it running, cycling, swimming, or yoga. Dr. Jinna Kim has been providing comprehensive eye exams since 2012. In addition to prescribing single vision and progressive glasses, she also has extensive experience in fitting spherical, astigmatism, multifocal, RGP contacts. She obtained her Doctor of Optometry at Salus University and Bachelors from New York University. She resides in Bergen county with her husband and son where they enjoy traveling and dining.

Dr. Stephanie Jacob, OD, is a dedicated optometrist committed to providing comprehensive and personalized eye care. She earned her bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at New Paltz and her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Jacob is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain lifelong eye health through thorough examinations, patient education, and individualized treatment plans. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Throughout his career, Dr. Nissinoff has successfully founded, scaled, and led multiple healthcare organizations, combining hands-on clinical expertise with strong operational and financial leadership. Prior to joining EyeWellniss, he served as CEO of and , where he focused on innovation, organizational growth, and improving patient care delivery.

Dr. Nissinoff earned his Doctor of Optometry degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the Illinois Eye Institute and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
